We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Daisy Chain Handmade so we will work closely with you to ensure you get exactly what it is you are looking for. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of having received the item (buyer pays for return postage).
To return an item(s), please contact us in the first instance. We will need your name, address, item(s) name, and the reason for your return. Please DO NOT return your item(s) until you have a confirmation email that we have received your request.
Once we have received the item in its original condition and packaging, we will refund you. Your refund should show on your account within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) once you have received your 'Your return has been processed' email. Some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process refund payment.
Bespoke items can not be returned but if you have any complaints about your item, we will endeavour to get it right for you.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to order multiples of anything, this will be considered as a Bespoke Order because of the quantity being made for you. However, we appreciate how important it is to ensure everything is right for you so should you wish to order multiples but you are concerned as to whether they will be right - just order one and check it out! If it's not as you expected, then return that and we will refund you. If it is right, you can be confident when ordering the rest :-)
